★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service, inadequate, worst and rude staff. Long wait time for eye testing, as only one staff member to test eye sight as well as billing. After being at store for 1 hour and waiting for another 40 minutes for eye testing, when asked to expedite the eye testing or to cancel a paid order, they immediately agreed to cancel the order, without even trying to convince to wait a little longer or doing something to expedite the process. This shows their height of insensitivity and rudeness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They dont care customer , i just visited them today at 7 o clock no one attend you there , i asked for eye testing they said go there , there is three cabins and no one in two cabins for testing eyes , i wait for 20 minute but no body there to attend you , then i ask again for eye testing they told take time , they are unprofessaional and do business like sell grocery product ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff here is not helpful at all at laxmi nagar store specifically, i went there to get my glasses exchanged as wrong powered lenses were fit in by the online team from where i purchased the specks. The employees here were not helpful with it and asked me to get it exchanged online only and did not help with it, went to another store and got it exchanged and the same was done very smoothly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spectacle and lens shop near to Nathu sweets at Vikas Marg, Laxminagar. Good collection of frame but quite expensive if compared with local spectacle shop. Easily reachable. Professional staff having knowledge of different kinds of lenses. You can visit store for your spectacle/ lenses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this store in last week. They are very rude in behaviour. They did not listen my problem. I tried to explain everything to them but they just ignore me like i am nothing for them. Seriously very bad service by the store. I do not know how they are doing business. They told me that neg (-50) in cylindrical power is nothing. This is the knowledge they have. A person name Rajat or something like that tell him to learn something first and then join lenskart. I went there for exchange the power of my glasses because that was different from my actual power. Your policy says for 14 days. But in just 2 days, seriously you guys denied about it and saying neg(-50) power is nothing much.
