Bad experience
Arrogant staff. Not at all interested in showing glasses. Need to check glasses on own with no suggestions provided.
Actually I have asked that whether there is any change in pricing if I order from lenskart app, then effectively there response becomes arrogant, asked to check price by self and denied checking price on their tablet. Also when I insisted, got response that he is too busy and need to wait for 30+ mins if want to check the price. [My timing - 5 PM Sunday]
Feels like they don't care if customer purchase from their shop or not.
Don't waste your time going there, instead try online using app.

First of all the staff wasn't well trained, they didn't had active participation in my frame selection nor did they suggested one, it was like they didn't care... I entered the shop , tried few frames , selected one and finalized for ordering
And when asked them about difference in price b/w my app nd order from their shop they gave such a blunt reply "I'm telling ya it will be this x amount " then I asked them to show me on so that I can verify but they reluctantly argued and it got heated
