★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service given by lenscart yesterday, i have wasted my 1.5 hr in frame and lens selection and twice the lenscart team left me unattended, finally i have decided to walk away. i am a regular Customer of lenscart from more than 2 years and this was the my worst experience with then. The first staff was very rude, when he show my membership has been expired, and i said let me check may be i have a coupon of free gold membership. same time he started talking with other staff and start laughing on me and saying “ inki membership expire ho gyi h to 600 rs extra lagenge “ i was shocked on this behaviour how could he just make fun of this ?
@lenscart : have you guys don’t provide customer service training to your team members ?
