★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful service ever!!!!!!!!!!! I bought 1 brand new spectacles and replaced lenses in the old frame. The sales representative didn't explain anything about the lenses first of all and then delivered wrong pair of lenses. When i went there to get them exchanged the sales rep was constantly trying to convince me to get habitual to these lenses.
And after coming back i realized that even the brand new specs has lenses which have lot of scratches.
I mean how can Himalaya Opticals provide such a bad experience to its customers. I think this branch is really not worth your time and money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I change my spectacles yearly and buy in the range of 10k. This time I though of giving Himalaya opticals a try. Big mistake. Prices are relatively on the higher side. They don’t offer any warranty on even expensive frames. My frame is in terrible condition after 8 months of usage. It is a Carrera frame. Even my older frames are still in good condition. Even small shop owners honour warranty but they don’t.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did not make the lenses properly and after 3 visits they told us that they couldn't rectify the problem and my son should wear the glasses and he will get used to them!! This is when there was no change in the number and we only got new lenses as the old ones had scratches. The entire amount was paid upfront. It's been 2 days since we were promised a full refund! After repeated follow ups, we are only getting excuses after excuses, and no refund has happened yet. Horrible service, will never go back to this place. Got new lenses made from Lawrence and Mayo, Medanta and they are perfect!

And I'm happy to share that I got a brand new pair of spectacles made within a day and half. Quality is good for the amount you pay and I'm totally satisfied with their customer service.
Will visit again for sure and would refer my friends and family as well.

I got spectacles made for my daughter. This was made incorrect. Eye centering was incorrect. Inspite of reaching out to them; they kept saying power is ok. Daughter complained of curved vision!!
Sad that such a big shop did not agree to their mistake.
Be cautious if you visit. I have stopped going to their shop on Sohna Road.
My reply to you reply below (which came after 7 months):
- No customer will wait for 7 months.
- I visited to another shop. It was centering issue. Got new spectacles and everything is working ok.
- Clearly a mistake while making glasses for the spectacles by your Sohna Road team. Inspite of visiting, they did not acknowledge. (Rather whispered among themselves, and told us to continue using these spectacles with curved vision!!).
- You reply, below is bit arrogant. It say “will resolve, IF any mistake happened”!! I spent few thousand on frame and glasses and could not use for my child! AND you LOST us as a CUSTOMER !
