★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not recommended at all. Poor customer service. Behaviour of staff including the head of the store is pathatic. If you tell them that you have bought a frame online, they will not even look at you even if there is no other customer to attend. They will treat you as if they are saying that "please leave this place" see the photo I am uploading. Store was quite empty still they misbehaved. So annoying experience !!!!

Service provided by the people there, was third grade. Only visit if you are very tight on budget and can compromise quality.
The power check up area is very small, untidy and looks unprofessional. There is no place to stand in the shop if there are more than 2-3 customers.
First time in lenskart shop, totally not worth.
A big bummer is that you have to buy frames from them. They don't fit new lenses in some other company's frame.
What nonsense lenskart ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Store staff is really nice and helpful, you can visit this store at any time between 12pm to 8pm all 7 days, there is also parking available in arcadia market you can visit by your own car or by uber ola and the market was also good you can get many things in the market .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice experience at this store. Staff was very supportive. Specially Nishant as he was supporting me with the eye checkup and glasses. I had faced some issue with the power I had on my prescription and glasses were also ordered. But I got issues while wearing it. So proper eye checkup was done and glasses were exchanged without any other cost. I would really recommend this Lenskart to all.
