★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst AC installation experience i have ever had.
Two days back i bought two AC's, one window and one split. The salesperson promised me to get the installation done on the same day but it didnt happen. They really dont care about the customers after selling their product. Their main moto is only to do sales not to provide customer services.
For the installation part, on the same day they had sent an engineer but he didn't knew how to install Split AC, he only installs window AC and promise us to get the slpit AC installed next day. He gave us time (11:00am) to be available at home for installation, but the engineer comes at 6 in the evening.
I Complained about this matter to the store and also told him that the engineer they have sent has no idea about the installation of the split AC (these are the engineer's words), the customer care of the store didnt take our words seriously and sent the same engineer in the evening.
From 6pm - 11pm he had done the partial installation only and again promised to get the complete installation done by the next day.
Now its the 3rd day, the engineer was supposed to be here by 12pm but now its 4pm and their is no sign of him to come, everytime we are calling him, he is giving excuses that he is reaching the destination in the next hour.
Now tell me what i've supposed to do.
Now im feeling that i've made a very bad decision to buy AC from this store.
