They take 5 to 6 years to complete even a small project with very bad quality .
Customers please be aware and check other reviews of this company it’s really worst.
The phase 2 plan is also fake please don’t fall in their trap

This review is from genuine buyer , stuck in infinite loop, waiting for possession, have been waiting since three years, don't see at least to be ready in next two years.. I am not sure about other good PAID reviews here.). Request new buyers, please please visit other LGCL ongoing sites before making any decisions/payments. Don't want you guys to be trapped just like me. Few projects (LGCL NEW LIFE, LGCL UNITED TOWERS, LGCL LUXURIATE) worth to visit before making any favorable decision. see other LGCL projects, when it was launched, possession date. funny thing is few good real estate sites shows also wrong information about launch date and delivery date. Don't ever consider RERA delivery date, doesn't work as it promises. It looks like cemented wall they constructed three/five years back and it has become brown/black. (Must visit : United Towers/ New Life). Covid is another excuse to delay further. Lets see any genuine buyer agree with me?

It is a nice project in a good location. I have bought an apartment, hopefully my grandchildren can live here..
Construction progress well short of plan. RERA seems to be very good friends of LGCL, granting them extension after extension.
I have learnt quite late that LGCL are notorious for delaaaayyyyiiinng projects, to the tune of several years. Do your research.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If any buyer intending to buy any new projects from LGCL, kindly speak to me once!! am an owner of a villa in one of their projects, Stonescape, will give you a first hand information of what all you will have to go thru prior to living in this space am not too sure if its going to be Happy Days!!!! Doing my bit as a good citizen to help other buyers who may actually get trapped!!!!
