★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We purchased show lights, led tubes and led bulbs in this place. They said their godown is closed and they would deliver it home the next morning. Their person came with the stuff but when we opened the pack to make the fittings we found that the led bulbs we had purchased were not sent. When we enquired, we were told it has been packed and sent. We even went to the shop to enquire, we were told that it cannot be missing it should be there. Ultimately we neither received the money back nor the amount we paid for the leds. So beware when you are told the stuff will be delivered to you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute cheats....I purchased two ceiling lights from them a month back for Rs.2100 per piece and to my horror found the same lighting available for Rs.750 in chickpet. Also these guys talk to you very sweetly till you purchase, once done they just don't care about the customer. Will recommend not to go to this shop for any purchase.

Went to buy a fan for personal use these people showed me catalog and took advance saying that they will get us in a weeks time, we waited and waited and repeatedly called them no use.. and refused to give our money back saying that someone who is in charge is not there that n this. We went again recently he is telling I have already closed your account and I can’t give you back money.nor the fan .
Plz think twice to go to this shop no guarantee if he will send your items after you make payment..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very bad experience at this place. Their manager Mr. Akbar has no manners in the way he speaks to customers. He is downright rude. I had gone there to purchase filament light bulbs, they showed me a different piece at the showroom and sent me a completely different set. When I called them regarding this, Mr. Akbar told me that the piece he showed me at the showroom was a light bulb with a burnt filament and that's why the color differed.
I chose the color and the light bulb based on what I saw in the showroom and what I received was entirely different. When I pointed this out to Mr. Akbar he started screaming on the phone and was extremely rude.
I will never go back here to shop. Worst customer experience ever. Would never recommend this place to anyone for their lighting needs.

Don’t trust this place and buy anything.
If you do, then Incase you have a refund amount then don’t expect it to get back.
