★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delayed for the reports sample submitted at 9.30 am. Waited for the reports till 1 o'clock in the afternoon. Doctor was not available for 1 hour in working hours. He had went out for his personal work kept patient waiting for the same. Receptionist sitting on the reception is doing time pass. Having chatting with each other on their personal issues they don't value the customer time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The physiotherapy is a money making business. Every session is very cheap but not worth it because in the end you end up paying more than what you’d pay for another physio. There’s no personal attention either and the physio doesn’t even check your file properly or ask about your history. I was called everyday and had to do the same thing every day but there was no difference in pain and the physio is so busy because of almost 10 clients in one room you can’t even ask or talk about how you’re feeling.
