★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room was comfitable hot and cold water both available in hotel Receptionist was very frindly talking bheaver if you guys need any room it's near to metro just 400meater away from metro ??I am happy with room it was neat and clean with bathroom and room linen to thanks team Livia Residency!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic room service and Manager is really stupid need immediate attention to save this hotel.He will ask to open the oyo app and give himself a rating really stupid guy. Very old property nothing works properly like freeze is 20 yrs old and very dirty, washroom is not clean. Toliet seat was broken. Very bad experience with this hotel and Oyo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As they shown in pictures rooms are very dirty and uncleaned .. Beds are v hard to sleep .. washroom unclean and staff is not coprative as they charged for Breakfast they only provide simple bread with tea.. wrost experience
