Very very very bad sales team. I believe the good reviews are by the sales team or their relatives n the nearby brokers/agents. I came all the way from UAE for few days n they didn't allow me to visit my flat or the area inside the gate citing safety reasons. However, they allow clients who have already taken possession, to go inside the project. What about their safety concern?? Sales team will call you a million times n sweet talk till you pay the total consideration value n they will only talk about possession of flat only. They will shamelessly apologise a million times, but will not allow you to visit your own flat till you pay the whole amount n take possession, even if the balance amount is meagre 1lac of the total 80lac. Check for the total consideration value hidden in the signed agreement which will be higher that the value the sales team lured you. Very bad n insulting customer service. Really regret my decision buying a flat with Lodha group.

Before you buy a villa or an apartment here. Make sure you ask the sales team about below given issues which we are facing while living in Lodha Upper Thane. If they're hesitant I recommend you do not go ahead and buy the flat or a villa here. The above where my reviews after staying 1 month on lodha and bekow are the reviews after staying for couple of months, 1. You can see only buliding and building all around, as of now only ecopolic and Tiara have good open space, air flow has reduced due to the same for Treetop, Greenville cluster.vThere is less than 300 mt distance between 2 buildings which are facing each other in clusters, in the name of open space they have roads and in the name of garden they have dense bushes. 2. Coming to clubhouse, its crowded due to the large occupancy of people who were doomed in past. after few months that will not be enough for the population. the swimming pool is just for leisure and now swimming as they had promised its just a artistic swimming pool. No sitting stands for people watching cricket or football. They have created multiple purposes hall for which they charge 7-8k as rent and food is min 400 per plate no outside vendor is allowed. 3. Water supply is through tankers and many people have faced health hazards due to the same. The building with more occupancy face water issue reported by few clusters 4. Parking is a big challenge , no enough space for even 2 wheeler parking, a single wing has 20*6 = 120 families and see the picture of th space available. they say park in MLCP which is 600 m away from cluster. for which you need to leave house before 15 mins wait for world class slow lift. then walk to the mlcp reach your vehicle. which is ok if you are occassional traveller 5. Transport is a big issue, you wont get ola, uber on peak times the bus services are ok now which will drop you till mankoli bridge and paid services for bus till station. 6. Talking about the 4 tier security , no camera on each floor, only one camera on ground floor. Access control in building are good but you need to carry id card like office everywhere . no boundaries to the project , people have access from village to the vicinity. 7. Talking about th amenities, the internal road are too small, veey less parking space . Temple, school, cluster clubhouse, indoor swimming pool, auditorium are not ready. We have medicine , vegetables shop, grocery shop and one cafe .

False commitment provide by sales executive regarding all inclusive amount, it changes after you book property. You are stuck once you pay booking amount, think twice. You have to lose booking amount or buy the property. Name: (LODHA Upper Thane, but place is Bhiwandi). Far away from every Railway Station. Once your property is booked, executives' politeness converts into harsh words. If it's Lodha’s executive fault they will only apologise, but if you didn't read any single paper properly it will dig a hole in your pocket, Make every single paperwork of Sales Executive promises, and collect bills for every single penny you pay. I was not even allowed to look my property after I paid total amount, by saying due to Covid-19 restrictions but after I got my keys I found more than half the tower empty.

Good place. With lot of amenities. Football ground,club house. Bus service available for Thane station. Shopping complex inside so easy for purchasing. Maximum tower completed. Only issue is traffic to reach there which will resolve after completion of road development.

Best place to be when im in mumbai. Its pretty spacious and infused with all amenities and i really find it peaceful just even roaming around here. Slowly but steadily some retail shops are opening in close vicinity which gives it an another reason to live here in a well managed project.

This is brand new society by Lodha. If you have own bike or car then it will be easy for communication. Even society provide shutters services for some places. Society have nice and big medicine shop, daily grocery, fruits and vegetables, cloth washing, fastfood center and many more is coming inside the campus.

This Lodha Housing colony is in its initial stages. Phase 1 complete and residents have started staying here. Its has more 25 storey in one wing. Its located at Mankoli area 10km -15 km away from Thane. No train connectivity till now. The on going Dombivli Mankoli Bridge construction is yet to be completed. After its completion the dombivli would be 15 min by auto. They include Club house which includes ample of facilities. The security is good. Currently 1BHK is around 60lakhs here.
