★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I decided to give them a second chance after getting a burn on my hand the first time. But then again, it was a mess up. The staff doesn't seem to be experienced. The beautician by mistake poured wax on my head and then had to apply oil on my washed hair to take that wax off. Then, the hairstylist messed up. Even after reminding again and again to cut a certain length only since I had been putting efforts to grow my hair, he cut way too short. He showed a certain length that he was going to cut and I approved it too but the actual cut was way too much, took all that length I had been growing...I regret trying someone new for my hair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the most pathetic salons in this area . They just want to sell memberships to customers . Whenever you call for appointment they always say we are busy or else will re- schedule your appointment . Even after appointment they ask you to wait for 30 plus minutes . Totally unprofessional staff especially the ones at reception who answer phone calls . It seems staff works as as per their own wish . Degraded level of services

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went to Looks 3 roads on March 19th 2022 at around 5PM. The lady at the reception said they don't have slots at that time but one one slot will open in another 45 minutes and she will call my daughter. She did call at 7.10PM and said that no slots are available for today but they have slots for March 20th 2022 which we denied. Looks like looks Salon is having a lot of clients and they don't need new customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service. Happened twice that we booked an appointment a day prior to our visit and they made us wait for an hour just to get a haircut. Even after an hour they wanted us to wait for another 15 minutes. The guy at the reception was so rude that i had to literally leave the salon.
Better to visit geetanjali than this ridiculous salon.

I went for hair cut, however i wanted just straight cut no layering... but atleast it should look like hair cut... hairdresser just trim 3 inch of my hair and said done...means wat the hell, what did you do...
for triming they charged 1003 rp including tax 850 for cut which was actually a trim.
I asked kindly remove rough hairs from edges and i am ok with short length... he was too lazy to cut my hair more than 3 inches.
They even dnt care about customer satisfaction. Casual approach.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a regular at this salon for a while now but today I had hidious experience. I went for my kiddo's hairwash. They usually charge 600 for a haircut but charged 400 just for hairwash with conditioning. Per their earlier comment, they have been charging 600 for haircut with complementary hairwash and conditioning. A charge of 400 was just not justified when the display said 150. Not happy with an unnecessary increase in prices, as well as the unprofessional behavior. They have degraded the level of service and raised the bar high for bad behavior! Would not recommend taking their services! Ever!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for haircut today and it was horrible experience. I was aligned with the hairdresser with the look i want and then length of the hairs, however he kept on chopping them. I trusted him that he would do but then I am not happy with final result. It is such a big mistake of me going there. There were no layers in the hairs and he cut my hair so much. I don’t know what he was thinking, definitely not going there again

They don't accomodate walk-ins at all. Always mentioned they are under staff or have prior appointments. Highly recommended to call and book for appointment even if you plan to go for small service like hair wash.
