★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mohit was amazing! He transformed my frizz bomb into a glam do! I was actually in transit and on a whim, took an uber from the airport, since I had time, to blow dry my hair! Best call! So glad that Mohit was there! If you have impossibly curly hair that needs taming, Mohit is the best hairdresser! He is also very courteous and gentle! "Looks" is fortunate to have him!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hairdressers are really rude and kept complaining that they thought my hair quality was really bad and that they didn't want to work on it. They 'obliged' me by working on it and blowdrying it as they usually don't work on this type of hair- they were trying to force me to spend extra money on getting it washed even though I told them I didn't have time for it.
Moreover my sister got her bridal makeup done and they forced her to put on lots of foundation which completely changed her skin tone - the artists were really pushy and forceful and didn't listen to her repeated requests as they felt 'bridal makeup should be like this only' i.e whitewashing the person.
They really don't have a sense of elegance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paid more than 60 euro for a VIP treatment. Hair treatment was just few product, nothing special. Massage was good. However it was supposed to be 90 minutes, within 70 minutes they were done. Cost is way too much compared to what you get. I understand Aerocity is more expensive, but at least do a better treatment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service, great location, very convenient especially if you have a flight to catch and want a good treatment. I got my hair treatment from "Moin" (photo attached). He was very courteous and friendly and made the entire experience very comfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Salon is on the expensive side. But the ambience and services that i got was worth it. Specially during covid times. You feel safe here. Got my waxing done from
Archana Ji, she did a really good job with the waxing and threading .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got my engagement makeup and hair done here. Didn’t like it at all, ended up washing it off in 2 hours after the makeup was completed. I told them several times I wanted a natural look with the foundation being identical to my skin Color. Instead they made my face look a lot more whiter than it is. All my friends and family also repeatedly asked the owner/makeup artist to tone down my foundation Color a bit. She didn’t do it. My hair do was a messy bun which didn’t look nice either. I just wanted a simple and natural hair makeup look which complemented my face and skin tone. They failed to achieve the brief despite me showing them exactly what I wanted. It was a nightmare and would NOT recommend them to anyone for bridal/engagement make up
