★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Though I have been here only thrice but always had a really good experience in terms of service and the final results. The staff is friendly and they didn't bug me to take some unnecessary services, instead when I asked them for a Keratin therapy, they were nice enough to answer that I didn't required the same. The price of services is also decent "if" I compare this salom some of the other in the city who charge way more and deliver way less.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a fabulous experience at Looks Sec 57. Lydia is super quick and nimble. Her makeup was fabulous and got me great reviews. Archana is very attentive and takes care of every minute.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would not recommend the place as they are not customer centric. All they care is to charge you a bomb and in return give shoddy service. First of all the services are slow, if you go there they take 2hrs for hair touch up or pedi mani. The staff takes it so easy, they are slow inspite of telling them that you don't have much time. If you ask for water, it is hand delivered by a boy that too in covid times. The staff isn't well equipped to do pedi mani. They are always trying to upsell you the most expensive service. The staff at reception doesn't care much, if you complain they say 'Oh I'll speak to them.' It was my last time,and wouldn't recommend anybody. Instead choose Geetanjali.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So, i had a great experience going there. I got my hair colored for the first time. I was bit skeptical earlier but it turned out really nice. Shamshad did a pretty good job in giving me the look i wanted. He helped me with the hair color and my balayage looks subtle yet classy. I am more than satisfied with the end result. Thankyou!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the saloon today and was attended by Sameer. His service was very excellent and he nicely explained the various things I asked and after that gave me a face clean up service as well over and above the usual haircut and shave.
Recommended for your saloon services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am using the services from past two years and I must say the staff is excellent and very much professional... Mustaqui for children haircut is the best one... For all other feminine services, Lidiya is the perfect one. She really understand your problem and delivers services seamlessly without any pain like for waxing and bikini i must say she is 10/10. Kudos to the team. .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slightly on the pricier end but worth it. The facilities are very clean and spacious. I took two services - Hair coloring by Shamshad and Waxing by Lydia. Amazing results for the hair color (you can see it in the picture) and super professional and pain free bikini waxing. Highly recommended!!!!
PS: I took a star off because had a very minor disagreement with the owner/manager which makes me think that they might not do thorough cleaning between clients in terms of Covid.
