★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Why suddenly so many good reviews in Last Couple of Weeks ? Looks like they are ALL Paid Reviews (by offering free services to such customers).
POOR Management Style. Their managers (male or female) are shrewd, cunning & outspoken.
Never buy ANY Membership of Cut & Style (any outlet). In my first visit, they tempted me to buy membership by paying 10,000/- upfront. Advantage was 40% discount (before GST).
They never want customers to avail basic services (like Normal Pedicure, Manicure, Hair Styling etc.) because those services are cheap. They literally force Members to avail expensive services.
And mostly they don't have the Right Products that should be used for a particular service. Half the times, they are out of stock.
Nearby shop owners told me that this outlet (of Cut & Style) is going to be closed soon.
After I use my membership's quota, I would never buy any service from Cut & Style. For me, this is probably the worst salon ever. After this experience, I would never buy any membership from any salon wheresoever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish can give no stars to the hair care services. Worst experience ever. First of all Over charged me for my hair keratin treatment. Than the person who did that was very confident that it would be good results on my hairs as they were naturally straight. After getting it done they were fine for just 2 days &as soon I washed them they are even worst than before. Horrible-2 feeling with my hair now. Than Haircut is another story. Had to come twice to get it fixed. Hair dresser was not able to cut them properly. Not even basic hair cut. Infact I had to give instructions to the person to get it fixed. Than too not fixed. Such a untrained staff And worst after experience. Not recommended for the hair services at all. Very-2 disappointing.Feel like cheated with my money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Didn’t like the hair spa services, there was not even a 5% of result after the spa got done. Moreover when I complained of so much of dryness which wasn’t there before, the person suggested me to wash hair once after going home. Why would one go to salon if they can fix their problems on their own at home!!!! This time they didn’t even ask me for feedback at the counter. When they see the customer is already happy then only ask them for feedback..Also..only few people from staff are good but some really need to be professional..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a regular customer of cut and style its like a family to me , their friendly behavior towards the customers , the up to mark hygiene level , specially taking care of the world wide pandemic COVID 19 they take all the required measures carefully like wearing PPE kit, masks, sanitization and etc. .. also would like to share that staff is so well trained as well as hygienic and the rate portfolio is also very affordable and worth to the service.
All the kind people reading my review should definitely visit cut and style...sec.57 ❤
