Equipment is quite sorted, all the basics are in place. Best part is, they do not encourage any fads and stick to fundamentals of weight loss / body building. Highly reccommended ?

I started taking personal coaching from one of their great trainers Sushil & I must say he will bring changes in you provided you are equally interested I could see the change in my body in just one month. Go for it … best gym in Sec 57 with kind & supportive staff on vert reasonable prices ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Play fitness is a gym you'd want to go to if you're beginning your fitness journey. They have fairly recent machines and equipments that are all in working conditions. There are plenty of trainers who are very polite and respectful and always helpful. They will help you through your entire session and will take care of your requirements. The gym is decently spacious for anyone who doesn't like cramped and small area. The membership isn't all that expensive and will easily fit in your budget. It's also conveniently located. Give it a go.
