The best part is that you're not just taught the poses but also how to execute them with precision and technique while being aware of each muscle that is being engaged. Going through each asana I discover the weaknesses and limitations of my own body and learn how to work on them.
I highly recommend this place to anyone who seriously wants to learn and practice yoga.
