★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have done all the programs in ashram and for the first time I attended one program outside it with Sthiram Yoga and it didn't feel different from ashram. All the sessions are conducted very patiently keeping in mind every minute detail. I highly recommend it :)

Every element of the program was almost perfect. If you want to learn Classical Hatha Yoga, this is the place. Thank you very much Siddharth Anna for providing me with these life changing tools.

It was my 3rd program with them over course of 8-9 months.
The teachers are very kind and focussed. I would love to do more programs with them in future.
They make you realise the subtle aspects of Yoga and how it affects body, mental and spiritual health.
