★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was here this morning, while the opening hours are 9:30 am they had no staff in at 10:30am. The aircons weren’t working and the place was full of mosquitoes. Absolutely horrendous, the salon was terrible and certainly wouldn’t be going back or recommending it to anyone.

Mrs. Raina, Mr. Naresh and Mr. Rishabh are very polite and excellent in their work. Excellent experience of hair color by Naresh ji and excellent beauty experience by Raina ji.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Understaffed and ill mannered employees. They will take your appointments although will not have enough resources to pull it through. The staff has a say No attitude to everything. They will just bluntly refuse your requests as simple as an upperlip saying its not possible or they are not capable. Its better to get ready from a local parlour than spending thousands of bucks for their overpriced and underwhelming service. Would not recommend this branch of looks to anyone for makeup and styling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The services are good without a doubt but I didn't like the way this receptionist behaved with me. We both agreed at one price before start of the services. I got smoothening and keratin treatment done from here but at the time of payment she denied to honour the price she agreed upon. Totally unacceptable and rude behaviour.
