★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is a bit slow. I was in for very simple services(waxing,threading). They didn't have empty space for waxing yet kept suggesting that the room will be vacant soon. Post threading the lady didnt apply even moisturizer. I have a sensitive skin so i got very tiny acnes on my upper lip. A bit pricey.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The beautician does know basics of waxing..even after telling her my skin is sensitive she put lumps of hot wax while waxing which burnt my skin. She applied wax without seeing hair growth direction sometimes even opposite to hair growth which led to breakage of hair rather than removal from roots. Can't trust them for other services with such careless and untrained staff.
