I searched for a house in this apartment by roaming around myself (SF 01), and this security guy started demanding knowing our situation. Initially he agreed to negotiate rent from 21k to lesser rent. He didn't connect us to the owner. Then he dropped us a message saying " Owner agreed for 21k rent"
What the hell!! He initially quoted 21k, and agreed to negotiate. Then in message he says owner agreed for 21k. + He was demanding for brokerage. He's the security for that building, we went there searching for house ourselves. Why the hell should I be paying brokerage to him ?
SF 01 owner is in Delhi it seems, and this guy is taking advantage of that. And when we called him to discuss the same , he wasn't even ready to talk.. he said "if you want come, if not leave"
He knew we were very much interested in that just and wanted to take advantage !!
