★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have always had a fantastic experience with Lotus saloon. I had an appointment with lotus every three weeks for a little over three years . Not only is lotus very consistent and knowledgeable about skin, hair in general. Her salon also provides great pricing and fantastic customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I feel cheated. As the day i got my haircut done there was no hair specialist. The owner of the salon tells that she is a professional vlcc pg but has no hands on experience on cutting hair..
without hairdresser they cut my hair (the owner) .. didn not even show me how she cut didnt show me the mirror behind or anything.. and the haircut is rubbish it is uneven. I would now have to go to a real professional and get it corrected.
they will massage hair mask on your scalp and forehead
and the owner will do everything saying she is a professional..
HELL DONT VISIT THEM WORST SERVICE.. AND BIG MOUSES WILL CROSS YOUR FEET WHEN YOU ARE SITTING FOR SERVICE. STAY HOME BETTER THAN GOING TO THEM TO GET LOOTED AND CHETED

Hopeless products used by them.Hair stylist do not have any knowledge of hair cut.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for my haircut and realized that the hairdresser was not at all professional! I had straight, waist long hair and i just asked them for a nice V-cut with some diagonal layers that I usually go with. It does take much of my hair length. However, I had a whole different experience here. The hairdresser cut my hair to shoulder length saying it will give you a nice bounce which I didn't even asked for. It is such a messy haircut, I doubt if it is even step cut. It neither v-cut at the back, nor the layers coming out. My hair are totally gone, these are just shoulder length awkward nest of hair that I've now. I would definitely not suggest Lotus Salon to anyone who wants a haircut atleast, don't know about other services.
The staff was unaware of the packages and prices of the services and there was so much confusion in the charges told before and after the services. Also, there was no price list of services available atthe reception and everybody was telling different charges for the dame service.
