★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very frequent electricity cut offs, Untrained staff, sepage issue, no amentities like pool, gymnasium,etc but charging full amount in the name of mantainance facilities. Would not recommend moving. Have better options in nearby socities.

They have some electricity load charges varies between 1k 2k 3k and so on
Now they have come up with another charges ie shifting in and out?
Electricity keeps fluctuating all the time day and night ?
Noise pollution ..train and traffic 24#
SO COME AT ON YOUR OWN RISK. FOR MORE CLARITY CONNECT WITH ANY TENANT.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst society of new Gurugram due to these cons:
1. So much electricity fluctuations, appliances are at high risk.
2. Electricity recharge can be done only when you submit the printout of proof of the payment.
3. No security on the entry or exit of the towers, anyone can come to your flat if he or she is in the society.
4. If you got stucked in the lift no guard or staff member is there for the rescue.
5. No amenities are here.
6. Dogs can be seen easily chasing people on two wheelers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't , just don't even think to move in this society.
We moved in here in October,2021. We have been constantly facing problems since then. The majority of problems are Tap Water Quality- Pathetic, Construction Material Quality - Pathetic, Maintenance - Pathetic (there are spider webs in the lifts till now), Electricity Fluctuations, Expensive Electrical Charges as compared to other societies, Club services have not been started yet(reason being the authorities do not have enough funds), the list goes on and on till the eternity.
The positive reviews you will see here are majorly from the authorities to keep the Shanti Vihar's public image intact. But the reality is completely different.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its been 5 months that we moved in here. The electricity issues are still the same, they have low load capacity which causes electricity fluctuate almost 15 times a day. This is irritating and causes many problems like affecting our electric appliances, hampering wfh experience, we can't attend office meetings and webinars without frequent drop outs, and so on.
In case you wish to move in too, please do check the ground reality of maintenance team. They don't bother regular complaints about electricity and other maintenance issues. They don't even have any ticket raising provision for such complaints. You are supposed to go to maintenance office and literally write down your issues in a register. Its then on them to respond in 2 days or a week, or maybe more than that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor electricity. You will get power cut in every 10-15 min. Long power cut many times in a day. DG is not capable to take load , so don't expect continuous light. U will have to loose your many appliances due to power fluctuations. Don't simply go with positive feedback. Simply discuss with people for the electricity issues. If electricity issues resolved then it would be a good society to live.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An amazing society constructed by Army Welfare Housing Organisation and managed by the Army Veterans. Well laid out with five balconies in a 3 BHK, good quality construction and 1200 units in 24 Acres of land. 400 families already moved in. The RWA has been formed recently and is settling down. It's always safer and better to stay in an Army society.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apartments are well designed with spacious rooms, big balconies and alot of ventilation and sunlight. Front towers are Aravali facing from high floors giving a great view in the morning. Overall, a new society and hence has its own teething issues which ex-army officers are managing and solving for. Club and other amenities are being developed. Good society for a family accommodation in reasonable budget.
