Petrol pump at just 300 Meters. Secondary school adjacent to the premise. Government sports stadium at 500 Meters. KMP crossing and Dwarka e way at 5 kms. Want anything more?

- One of the best developed housing complexes in Gurugram, the most appreciating part of this project is the space, comfort, ventilation & appropriate lighting. I am a resident for about more than a year now & the amenities too are very well maintained by the RDL team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor quality construction. You cannot mount nails on the wall, as no cements are used. There are seepage in every house. No maintenance, no housekeeping. During power cut sometimes you have to wait for half n hour for the backup. DG breakdowns frequently. Lot of time we have to climb up to 11th floor through stairs as the lift keep on fail during the power cut and due to some maintenance problem. Also have to face the water shortage sometimes due to the faulty motor.
