★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really I have never seen unprofessional staff of GLS 51, they never response to client neither pick the call nor call back...many time we have sent email for the justification of possisson charges but no one responded...faltu ke log hai yea... strongly recommend not to go with this builder.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ How can they charge unprecedented hefty charges at possession? They are SHREWD -OFFERING POSSESION DURING LOCKDOWN(to escape from pointing fingers), and CHARGING HUGE UNFAIR AMOUNT at possesion. Builders like them,must be taken to courts....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firstly Builder was not providing OC certificate acknowledgement slip because of that subsidy beneficiary are totally in shock..Very bad behaviour of builder..Not provide ITC Benefit..Also they withdrawn the amenities 51 ..Material quality is worst..So Be aware everyone! Kindly go with reputed builder!Now in April 2021Builder charged 1.3lakh possesion charged which is not not acceptable..No other affordable project is demanding these type of charges..Totally hidden &wrong charges which he never mention before..So please go with reputed builder..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is not a affordable house, there are lot of hidden charges, While booking they told price of 26.53 for 3 BHK, there is extra GST, and now at the time of possesion they are charging 1.3L extra for various things like outside electricity, meter, interior and so on, total price will be around 35L after registry.

Cons:They promised big big things when we bought the flat. They promised 51 amenities in brochure.
Leave 51 amenities, they can’t give basic amenities like water and all properly . There has been times when we have to live without any water throughout the day. Imagine your life without any source of water for the entire day.
There is always some or the other issue in lifts which they take a lot of time to resolve. They charged a huge money from us for substation even before possession of the flat but till today there is no substation. They make irrelevant rules on their own which tends to be a problem for the society.
They are charging a huge maintenance which is at par with luxury societies nearby but still hardly 3,4 guards in society. Lot of issues all around
