★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My journey starts from Ambedkar Nagar station to Lower Parel on Sunday 3rd November 2019 at 08:15pm (20:15) mono train at above mentioned station wth my father and he senior citizen. after I reached My destination at Lower Parel I’m alighted. Me and my father headed for Exit for downstairs (LIFT Elevator) one of the security lady on duty come near me and tell me Tht. The (Lift Elevator) is only for senior citizens and for ladies and handicapped and also for pregnant women. But Tht Time in front of me and also them few people those who are not physically Challenge Enter in Tht Elevators and exits downstairs Then she denied me to entering in the Elevator. And she called more security person and they started argument with me and my father. they pushed us. They show us (SRL weapons)and tell Us you can’t do anything about us.They assault us. @MMRDA please note. this very bad gesture for us and also for our government. You’re our services provider if you act like this then how Can common people traveled Wth public transportation. I hope you check out your CCTV Footage on Sunday 3rd November 2019 08:20Pm(20:20 to 20:30)pm. on Lower Parel mono station and I hope you punish them also.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lower Parel monorail is very good and convenient.
It is situated in the main road and Hight street phoenix is just 15 mins away walking from that place.
The station is clean. Just one flaw is that increase the frequency of the monorail so that people start using it more. The current time between two trains is 20-25 mins.
The connectivity is good. Just need to update the train with proper station announcement and naming as the don't work in coaches.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The station is surroundings are very dirty. Climb up the stairs to the station and it still stinks inside. The station also feels very ill maintained. The water purifier was disconnected and the balance checking device wasn’t working.
The staff were very helpful and informed us about the extremely reduced service on the monorail. This was during the monsoon and only 1 train was running! We had to wait for almost 1.5 hours just to get the monorail.
There are no benches at the platform level and it would really be helpful for passengers to wait. The station is walkable from the railway stations but road is very bad. The monorail is a unique experience but not enough effort is put into making it run well.
