★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was very horrible experience . Careless work by mechanic.on Saturday i did service in lucky auto garage. and next day while drving car, wheel separated from car .By God`s grace i am safe. so they need to have check points , Has mechanic worked properly or not ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service, Owner Is Not At All Ready To Take The Responsibility For the Work done One Month Before. My car had stearing rack issue which was repaired by the owner. After 1.5 months while i was on a long tour the oil from the steering rack started to leak and the stearing was jammed while driving. After calling the owner for the same he says cant help for the same as this repairing was "Chale To Chand Tak, Nahi To Raat Tak". Very poor service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to get my car repaired here, so far it was good.
Now after a year of dent and paint, at some places paint started falling off. Have got it reviewed with other mechanic, and seems to be work was not done nicely.
Also, one thing I observed, for small issues (like fixing any cap or adjusting small parts), even if car was kept with them for few days, they won’t pay attention at all. Only nice talks, nothing else!!
In Dec,2020.. I left car with them for regular servicing, and I noticed on collecting the car, it was damaged at back dumper, owner said ‘it’s minor’..
Now I’ve tried calling owner few times, he didn’t pick up the call at all nor responded back.!!!

With ten automatic ramps (lift) they can diagnose the faults in cars very easily and rectify the same very speedily..
With trained staff one is assured of great service..
The owner Mr Naresh Naik is very polite person and personality supervises the progress of the work..
Over all very nice experience..
