you can get far better places to stay within same range at Viman nagar..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Linked colonnade, near datta mandir, viman nagar, pune, is one of the finest residential property in this area. Though the apartments are about 15 years old,they have been maintained beautifully. Each building has a lift. The security is also tight.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't go by agents review.Its aging society with almost no maintenance.First you have to apply for parking and wait till 6 months or an year to get one.owners will not give your full deposite.i was I. B5,701.Owner geeta hemade,fraudly diducted 25000 from deposite by first saying things are not there,once our agent show them, she told behaviours was not like a gentleman.There are better societies nearby in same rent or less.Dont fall for sweet talks as later it will backfire.
Edit:today I came to know that this has already happened with 3 renters in this society I discussed with.Even society broker is involved in this scam

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Experience! Please be aware of the owners of B5 701 flat, Ms. Geeta hemade. She is the goon and will loot tenants. We have been victim thtas why sharing this, she directly deducted 25k from deposit even when there was no stain on walls or any problem in her flat post we vacated. Please be aware and alert.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The society is a drama. Unnecessary rules and intervention. Guards only listen to chairman and secretary and they all are rude to children and tenants. Secretary hates and blames children. some good people but mostly are mean. And the old ones are arrogant with attitude who think talking in English makes them modern.
