Only this place resolves problems as quickly as they can. I had one with my Jio fi device and they resolved it in less than 2 hrs.

They are taking too much time very pathatic..Not recommend any other to take Jio Phone.after 1 hr Wait no one attend problem.

Good place and nice service but they took too much time! And also was very hard to find. It's on the fourth floor of Aditya Mall. I'm giving 4 stars because I got what I was there for.

It's hard to find their Store at first . The staff here id well trained and the service centre is well maintained , the service is very fast and they just give you a replacement device is your device is not working properly ( in case of jio phone only )

Very fast service!! They are true to their name LYF(mobile) Care. I was having auto-shutdown, charging issue with my Jio phone F90M the Rs 1500 variant. I visited this service center located at 4th floor aditya mall indrapuram, this is the only shop at 4th floor in the mall. So easy to find. The guard at the entry provided a form to fill up details of my phone, like model no., IMEI no. , Issue facing and some general info. like name, email & phone no. At which they can contact you. After filling up the form, u have to give it to the the customer service agent sitting next to the guard. and wait for your turn to come. I visited in the morning at about 11:30 ,after submitting the form, my turn came within 5 mins as their was no rush in that hour. The Service agent was really good ,polite and fast in detecting real issue just by checking the description of my issue ---"" auto shutdown ,charging problem" , he told me """"Sir,it's battery issue as per me ,however we will check the full phone for any other issue """, and took my phone and charger with him , gave me the sim and asked me to come back in 1-1.5 hrs. I came back after 1.5 hrs my phone was already OK completely , they replaced the battery with a new one at FOC as it was under warranty.This was the only issue. Also, they didn't ask for any identity proof like adhaar card and no finger printing. So, fast, and very good service and good service agent.??
