★ ★ ★ ★ ★ **My mother went to the hospital by walking with a good condition but while returning we took her as dead direct to the crematorium**.
Dr Nagamalesh UM is not a Heart doctor anymore. He became a Heartless doctor now who sold his degree, experience and knowledge to the hospital for the shake of money and positions.
On 18th Jan My innocent mother walked into the hospital with a good condition but he asked us to admit her after hearing about my Insurance money. Within 4-5 days this Dr and his team who were super junior than him did all sorts of experiments and malpractice and made her situation very critical. Then they shifted her to the ICU on 26th Jan.
On 30th Jan when the bill become 3,52,000 -/rs, they declared as my mother is dead which was just 8K less than my total InS premium was 3,60,000 -/rs.
If I will right down the complete thing how they (From the Doctor to the whole staff nurses) have actually treated my mom, that will become a book. So don't want to take this as so long.
• I wish I could listen to my mom when she was telling me on the hospital bed that this doctor is going to kill me, Please take me from here.
• I wish I couldn't trust on this Dr at that time, then might be my mother would hv with me right now.
Because of heart transplant this doctor become very popular and by looking at the face of the patient(customer) this doctor is deciding from whom what amount can be snatched for the whole procedure i.e 5/8/10/12/15… Lakhs. They are claiming that they did around 30-40 transplants in past few years but god knows how many are surviving yet and thankfully we didn't go for transplant as a prior else they would have killed my mom before 2 years itself.
NOTE: PLZ PLZ don't go with the calm face of this doctor and trust as I did. I stopped believing on the private doctors the way this evil had killed my mother. "BeAware if you are not from Karnataka"
I just pray to god, that please keep alive this Dr and his junior Dr Chetan as long as possible and take away their loved ones at the early age, so that they will realize what is the actual pain:((

All staffs are so attentive and caring Good value for money, they do not do any unnecessary treatment or procedures and do not charge a bomb for anything. Really very happy with this hospital ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My grandfather who was receiving treatment for an extended period of time was taken care of by the staff exceptionally well. My big thanks to Dr. VS Prakash who was instrumental in the treatment and did all he could and more. He went above the call of duty to help. The admin was with us guiding us through all the paperwork and making it a seamless experience.
Thanks to all wonderful nursing staff who were so patient and helped my grandpa who was in a lot of pain.
The housekeeping, nutrition and diet team and even the attenders were top notch, provided the best service possible.
