★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice and best hospital in Mathikere. My sister was admitted in this hospital due to COVID for around 20 days. We are so happy to get treatment here and recovered fully. Very good ambience, spacious and did not feel like we are in hospital. Very caring staff and very good specialist doctors. Never felt inconvenience. Very well taken care of hygiene as well. Salute to all of them helping us in critical time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vividus is one of those rare hospitals where services and policies are offered keeping patients at the center of everything. Customer satisfaction and unconditional empathy are very much embodied in their management. You would see new hospitals trying to get as many patients as possible and make the most (rip off patients ) to recover the investments but Vividus is not one of them. Last few months were very scary in Bangalore with Covid situation. My Dad was diagnosed with Covid positive and i literally ran to many hospitals for help. None really showed utmost responsibility and did anything proactive to help. Vividus was able to proactively reserve a bed over the phone, provided precautionary medications in advance and made everything sure that patient gets the best medical advice even before admitting officially. That to be is a top notch health care service. From that point everything minute detail was well considered, tested and treated! Thank you Vividus for everything you have done to help us!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad expirence....with hospital and management.. Called for emergency follow up check up for Dr srihari and confirmed doctor's availability and reached hospital as my son had 103f ... Got to know doctor left and will back in an hour .. Then again called hospital and confirmed doctors availability and reached hospital.. Got information that doctor will be available in 15 min... Even after waiting for an hr nobody informed about doctor availability and upon asking in reception was told that doctor is in operation .. This is simply not acceptable when there is an emergency and have visited hospital even after getting doctors availability.. @management please plan maintain proper set of staff who can help patients who are reaching out in emergency. Please note that our visits are recorded in your entry register just incase you think what we have expirenced is not true.

If we call for any enquiry they don't respond properly. Fully money minded management.
Behaviour for pharmacy guy is very bad to the customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst hospital to ever visit!! While you admit the patient they are very responsive post discharge they are not even bothered to respond to your queries. Mainly i am talking about the people from the billing section name called Anitha and Gayathri. Worst experience i have had with them. Please don't fall for their hoax ratings on Google and Facebook.

I have visited and admitted to VIVIDUS and continuously in touch with Dr Avinash.
Few months back approached him for colestral related issues.
Today I met him with my Updated medical report after Taken medicines adviced by him and now I am fully fit and fine with no Colestral or BP Or Sugar Etc
The reason for giving above explanation is Dr. Avinash listens to patients calmly and read our problems with patience and gives best suggestions and advices. I am very happy with all other staffs and taken dicision to go for my HERNIA Operations at VIVIDUS Only. The atmosphere is pleasent and treatment is very good. I Salute to entire team of VIVIDUS for the services. I have also one complaint about Insurance Claiming which is not at all satisfied.

We had visited VIVIDUS for a quick doctor's appointment in Pulmonology department without prior appointment and found the facilities are well managed and personal escort was provided to us to get things done smoothly and quickly.
The consultation experience from Dr. Ramesh was awesome as we felt that he really cares about his patients and gives good advices to keep his patients healthy and happy.
All staffs are very polite and helpful.
Kudos to the entire team.
