★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Bad experience with Dr. LA Bhat!!
Since Dr. Bhat is a gerneral surgeon consulted him for mom's umbilical hernea and ended up getting MRI done (cost us ₹11400) since my mom was also complaining of back pain. After that, he said the back pain was muscle pain and told to excercise.
For the umbilical hernea we went to st. Martha's for 2nd opinion and informed about the back pain also in case it was related to the hernea. A simple xray was suggested by them (cost us ₹450) and osteoporosis was diagnosed. Now she is undergoing treatment for the same.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was a good hospital prior till 2008 . basic surgery that costs 8k was charged a whopping 19.5k with a days stay. thankfully mediassist covered for 13.5 and moreover they are not ready to provide you the bill breakup/ bill for money paid other than insurance . Insurance dept at hospital tries bullcrap talks .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had been to doc for vomiting n fever of my kid. He isn't at all listing properly wen m saying I had given such medicine at home. N asking me to admit my kid in hurry.
He literally scares parents n won't give us confidence.
I suggest not to go to the hospital. Totally money minded

People come to your hospital in desperate need, if you can't assist them you should shut your door and find a better way of making a living.
We had an encounter with the doctor on duty on 14/10/21, you are such a shame to the whole doctor profession. Looks like you have forgotten the oath you took to save lives and serve the community to bring in suitable living.
If you can't treat desperate and needy patients and their families well... I'm just questioning the kind of ethics you follow in life to live... I feel in general people treat strangers better than how she treated us.
We have been visiting subbaiah hospital on various occasions for many many years now and the service I received last time is such a disgrace....
If you can't treat the other individual with respect what is the point of you being so educated.
Wouldn't recommend you guys to anyone even in desperate needs...highly disappointing

The doctors and nurses are very sweet and takes good care of patients I still remember when I was 6 i got fever and needed to get injection I was so afraid then the doctor uncle spoke friendely with me asked me to say colors on a picture later my injection dose was done without even realising it like there are many things .....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horribly experience in case of any emergency. Untrained medical staff. They don't have strap to tie for injecting to nerves. When questioned there answer is we don't have strap so we hold in hand. Secondly they dontvhave any Google pay nor Phone-pe facility Card machines doesn't work. Medical store accepts only cash. This is my bitter experience in middle of night at 00;30hrs. When questioned the duty Doctor they blame on management. Ultimately patients r the sufferer. I had to quit in middle and went to VIVIDUS Hospital for further treatment which was 100 times better than this hospital. Never in my life I will step into this place
