★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very cunning people. My laptop was having hanging issues. In few minutes they diagnosed it and said my hard drive is not working and there are some filters issue. And now my laptop is working very fine without making any changes. Guys don't visit here. They are not trustworthy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a horrible experience with this laptop service provider. Gave my laptop for service, till 2 months they have been showing hope for the repair. After 2 months when I started showing my breakage of my patience barrier, they told I can take back my laptop without repair. When I took back my laptop for repair at other service center, I got to know The Solo Computer had already taken the laptop RAM(8Gb) and a circuit panel containing the volume buttons and the inbuilt WI_FI device. When I started asking all these, the owner of the service center even started showing his annoying attitude on me. I started feeling I did a crime to them by asking about the missing parts of my laptop. At last I lost my hope for the same. My time is very important to me. So I decided not to argue with these worth less people and go ahead with repair with 7k bucks extra from my pocket :( .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst dell service center. During covid situation they don't care about hygiene. They are not wearing masks. The lady who is seating in the reception told that she can't wear mask because she is having azhmatha problems. I just wondered how dell has given them as solely Authorization center in Bhubaneswar. They are not up to the mark for a normal shop. They don't know how to behave with customers.

After, the concerned shops reply. Here is my reply to the viewers. They took two days time to reply and it is on Sunday. Regarding the captured thing I have recorded whole conversation of ours. If anyone wants to see how their behaviour was I can share with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited recently for repair of the my company's Dell laptop LED. This is a authorized Dell service center. As this laptop is in extended warranty, they did not take the service charge(nearly 1400) and provided timely service.
Overall, my experience with this service is good

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please don't give your laptops to them they will replace the laptop's parts with not working parts and will not fix it and They will claim the laptop came in this way.
I gave them my laptop to fix my laptop's fan and a battery. When I went to check, if my laptop is done, the screen was not work properly and had a flickering issue, they told me it was the way it came in, which was now. I asked them to keep it and fix it. Then I came back a couple days later. It still had the same issue, I gave them the laptop fro 4 more days. It was still not fixed. I was forced to take it back without it being fixed.
They told me to keep the screen in 1 postion so the flickering doesn't happen.
So, now, I cannot use my laptop anywhere else other than my table.
