★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location is far away from the city. No disturbance from noisy traffic. Air is generally cold and breezy. Township is good. Leading roads are in a very bad shape. It will take a few yrs for the area to develop.

Overall Management is good but club house is not maintained properly.

beautiful enviornment,neat n clean premises,clean air,all possible facilities Avlbl around,cordial neighbourhood,helpful security housekeeping n maintenance staff
Like all other societies hv minor issues that wl be sorted out soon
Some property dealers ,land mafia n tenants are deliberately n purposely bad mouthing about the society to bring down the rates n later buy flats on reduced rates
Some hv bn successful too so far, n hv damaged the prices n bought flats for self or relatives..
My husband's life has bn saved twice by alert n ever helpful security.
Security staff gives utmost respect to all residents , provided we give respect to their post ..no body ever has bn harassed by them.
Most bad mouthing is being done by tenants that are either relatives of propery dealers or nearby villagers for vested interests.
We all are safe n well looked after by neighbours n staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful complex. Only drawback is it's next to najafgarh drain. While walking in the complex, the air is full of foul smell from drain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's for the people who like peace. Little bit secluded but no horns no voice, you can sleep like a baby. View you get from few towers are incredible.
Mosquito problem in the summers are worst :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Campus is well maintained. Services are excellent. Surrounding campus area needs lots of work specially stagnant water. Which may damage building in coming years. It also causes lots of mosquito problems and emitting foul smell sometimes

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best societies in the area. only issue is the area. it has route via village as off now though once express way and sector roads get completed then this is very good place to live. u need to have a conveyance of your own for transportation.
