★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please go there if there is no other option left to you. Because this hospital doesn't have proper doctors. Its owner is MD but his treatment is beneficial for hospital, not for patient. Sisters don't know how and where to inject. Hospital takes opinions from good doctors outside the hospital, that is the only positive thing of this place. Patient has to wait until the sonography doctor comes(twice a week) to do the USG, till then patient has to wait and the sample will be sent for test after one day of collection. But cleanliness is maintained and reception and commercial people are helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ma sarada hospital is a well managed hospital.The doctors as well as the nurses r well qualified ..All the staffs present over there r very genial in behaviour. We have got excellent services recently when one of our relative was admitted in it...overall I can say that it's a well managed and good hospital

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My father was admitted in this hospital.So from my experience I can say that this is one best hospital in Hooghly district because of its Doctors and staffs and of its free ambulance quick service. I am very much satisfied from the treatment that my father have been given . So I am recommending everyone this hospital for getting the best treatment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My patient was suffering from some post cerebral attack problems. Treatment was ok but lack of empathy and unnecessarily holding back patient was bad.
Firstly they falsely said the patient had bed sores when she arrived at nursing home, but later accepted it had developed in the nursing home only. But to top it all, on the day of discharge, they opened up all the patient's clothes (nursing home patient uniform) and put her up under a blanket before of patient party for discharge formalities!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Doctors and Nurses are not good. The nurses even don't know how to put injections properly. My brother has been admitted here, irrespective of having a channel he was poked unnecessary 9-12 times without any reason. If you are having a medical insurance and have nothing but indigestion, they are going to admit you for at least 4-5 days just to get the money. They don't bother much about patient. Terrible Doctors specially orthopedic sections. Try some better nursing home if you are not in emergency.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very pathetic hospital. When my son admitted I got 3 news in a single day of wrong treatment death. And my son also provided wrong dose of medicine. In next bed 2 sister given a machine twice to a patient instead of one. He was sleeping hard when my son discharged. Don't know he is alive or not. Staff are worse behavior like a horrible nightmare

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad hospital I had ever seen in my life.
Fees in lakhs but no guarantee of life.
Fake hospital with fake doctors ( sovan chatterjee). Bad doctor . No separate room for covid patients and normal patients in iccu room. And not even they chang gloves . And treated with same gloves to many people. They don't even feeling the pain of patients and their family pain when they lost their love once. Bad , wrong treatment, situation getting wrong and wrong when they treated the patient . #@#@ hospital
