★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a travel agency that purports to offer tours to temples and other religious sites. They advertise a 7 day 20% penalty cancellation policy. I cancelled 8 days in advance and they have kept my money in full. Worse, the owner Rahul Sadhu lied several times about returning the money.
Make sure you scroll down and see all the reviews, don't judge just on the recent ones. You are lucky if all goes well, but if there is a problem don't count on honesty and integrity from them.
From what I have heard, people who did go on their tours faced sub-standard service and accommodations. A travel agent told me he booked a tour with Mach Air for his clients. The clients showed up in Dheradun, were kept waiting for 3 days and in the end did not get to go on their spiritual pilgrimage. 2 years later they still haven't received a refund. Search for Mach Air India Reviews on the internet and a complaint will show up. I wish I had seen that complaint before booking with them.
A pilgrimage is a sacred journey. Any association with a company of this character will likely ruin your experience. I would think very carefully.

Unreliable services, fake promises, irresponsible management.
They approached us to provide them chardham helicopter tours business. We provided them one booking in May 2017, just to check the services; only to get disappointed and an angry customer.
They willingly skipped the Yamunotri sector, and blamed the Guests for it (however it's the responsibility of Machair to coordinate with customers, and execute the itinerary), later the guests covered Yamunotri by surface .
Rahul Dhiman, Capt Yadav, and Biva Sharma assured the Guest that the refund of Rs. 84,000/- for Yamunotri sector will be made within 3 days, which still is not paid.
We refunded the amount of Rs. 90,000/- to the Guest from our pocket.
Despite several emails, phone calls, SMS they didn't respond at all. Almost 4 years now, going to sue them in the court of Law.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a cheat company, they have a very good search engine optimized. Rahul claims are too big, strands you in middle of nowhere and when you argue arranges unscheduled trips. And of all fliers the weather becomes bad only for this company. If you want to njoi a peaceful trip just don't travel with them. The staff always claims to be busy sourav/mohit have no clue what happens where. So avoid this company for a peaceful trip.

The chardham charter organized by Rahul was very planned and we had a very smooth and memorable yatra. There staff specially Mohit, who received us in dehradun was very welcoming and gave us detailed information about the journey. The hotel selections were good, comfortable and clean with good food. overall it was lovely journey and would recommend Mach charters to everyone.
