Best Hindu temple in Indian

K	Kalyan Sundar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ஆங்கிலத்தில் எழுதுவதற்கு மன்னிக்கவும். Last but not the least, we visited this place in the end because there was no proper route to go to the temple. If one looks google map or satellite map of the area, one can see the approach road is there on the left, just after you cross the charminar, but that road is filled with shops and blocked completely, there by the locals force you not to go through that way. As we thought we would not be able to go near the temple, one of the locals guided us, as to how to go to the temple area. It was tough, it was mud track, with lot of thorns etc, but still we did that. Strange, lot of people who came after us also came that way and were kind of angry as to how there is no proper approach road for such a wonderful and beautiful monument. Lot of film / cine crews were coming to see if they could do the shooting inside the temple and outside the temple area. Wonderful and superb temple, even though it is in total ruins, the rajagopuram takes the full credit for its star attraction capability. even without the kalasams on the top, the rajagopuram was able to attract people. Don't go if you are not an art enthusiast. you will enjoy if you are interested in arts, architecture etc. Though it is not a living temple, (there is no idol inside), still it is definitely worth to go and see and come, to see the amount of effort people have put to build this temple. On the whole, we felt very happy to have visited Gandhikota, it is definitely a place to be seen. We spent nearly 2 hours in Gandhikota admiring its beauty and then started our trip back to Chennai.

D	Dhanush on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abandoned temple inside Gandikota fort. Ancient temple with great architecture. As it is abandoned, there is no Diety present inside. The temple is not maintained well. Archeological department should take care and preserve this monument.

But, It's a pity to see the temple in this half broken state.. Further to add to the turmoil the hooligans scribbled all over the walls and ruined them.. The worst part is that the temple doesn't have any idol..!!! One has to worship the Ganesh idol on the pillar which is carved with finesse.. That is all that is left of this temple after the invasions ?
G	Globe Trotter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even the remnants of the ruins testify that this must have been one of the most magnificent temples .the carvings are also delicate and beautiful . one can see beautiful sunset from the top of the temple. the whole city and the fort must have been at its peak of glory during this Reigning period of the kingdom. It is said to note that archaeological department has taken no care of the temple and the approach road is also in extremely pity full condition. Hope that the department looks into this.
