★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They never pick up calls nor respond and worst thing is they never provide correct phone numbers. I tried tracking my parcel.. status is something else and details are something else.. always had bad experiences with Madhur Courier Services .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My latest experience with Madhur services was the worst I have ever had with any courier service. For starters, they rarely answer their calls, and there is no valid e-mail ID mentioned to contact them ? To add to this, my courier from Maharashtra to Rajasthan was not delivered on time coz they apparently couldn't find the address, and they didn't bother to call any of the three contact nos. mentioned on the package ? And not to forget, when the receiver finally went to collect the parcel from their Rajasthan warehouse/point of collection, the parcel was damaged ?
