Maersk is good company to work at & they care their employees,it is one of the top shipping company in the world. It is customer centric company and they help their customers to deliver their promises.
Cons
There is nothing to mention any bad thing about Maersk but transport facilities which is given to employees is not up to the mark.
Advice to Management
Management at Maersk is very knowledgeable and they encourage their team members to grow within the organisation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think Mearsk Global Service Center Pune Is one the best company. As I had gone there for the interview the hr treat you very nicely and politely like a family member. I was selected there but could not join due to some reasons. I think Maersk Global Services Center is one of the best place in the entire world.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mix feeling, as I was fresher compant was quite good with all facilities and all, however poor management, not much employee centric and HR was not at all good in 2012, now they have outsource so they are not up-to the mark, no empathy towards a candidate. Wrt to Hike, it really depends upon the team which we get into but you get quite decent hike, but not that great too.
