Very much poor service. Mostly internet down.
Help desk replying we are fixing asap OR Cable issue might be there so our guys are fixing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service. Not getting good speed, not good plans please kindly think before taking this service. I have taken 500 rupees plan which provide 2 mbps speed but every time i am receiving less than 0.50 mbps.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst internet service available, firstly they dont pickup calls, second they give same reasons like work is going on and stuff and the management doesnt even responds to your calls and if you whatsapp them with speed test they'll just see the messages and ignore you right away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service provider in the area. The owner is well aware of lack of competition and so is least bothered. Almost every day there is issue with the internet. There have not been 2 consecutive days when I have not had to contact them. also when you try to call it’s worst than calling government office. The phone is always busy or not picking up calls. I am sure if someone else starts providing service I will be the first one to terminate and start a new one

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please purchase a jio sim card instead of buying this broadband the worst service ever... receptionist is very vulgar and full of ego she doesn’t know even C of customer service she gets paid for shouting at customers... she talks like we should not call her even if we have problem with the internet worst lady i ever talked with... please request you all don’t take this broadband the internet will not work for 15 days in a month and you have to call 50 times so they will answer 5 times

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst ISP I've come across.
1. Their staff doesn't pick up your calls ever.
2. When you go to their office they talk rudely.
3. The net speed is so slow you can't do a video call as well. And don't bother telling them about your speed. they will just give you predesigned excuses.
4. They don't even know if you have paid your bill and will cut your connection! you have to remind them that you have paid!! (I wonder what the staff does!!)
5. Their office opens at 11 am, if you have any issues before 11 am in morning than you are stranded. Of curse calls are unanswered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't purchase WiFi and WiFi router . Even if this is last option then too prefer jio sim card .
Staff mis guide by recommending wrong router with extra high specifications which are not at all needed .. for 20 Mbps they rejected TP Link router with 300 Mbps and 2.4 GHz frequency.
