★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude behaviour of the owner and staff of the shop. Even denied to sell medicines to me saying that he will not sell to those who are not his regular customers.I am very disappointed. He even uses abusive languages to customers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wrost experience ever, the rude behavior of the aged lady compounder allow me to not go there again. Going there since September 11 for skin decease but that problem not solve yet. Also in every visit that lady compounder charge 300 rs as it a worst rule ever.

Once I had gone to the medicine shop to buy a medicine for my old mother .But he didn't give me medicine.he told me rudely that I would have to buy the all the medicine given in the prescription. He was behaving like he was not running the medicine shop but grocery shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you visit just the shop to buy medicines may be you will not feel so bad.But if you go there to enlist your name to consult a doctor,Be prepared to receive bad behaviour from the owner of the consultation clinic who also runs the medicine shop.He takes 50 rupees for writing your name if you want to consult a doctor.That is okay.But in addition to that he demands that all precribed medicines must be taken from his medicine shop, otherwise he will not enlist your name for the doctor.He is such a cruel man that he did not write the name of a patient although there were only 7 patients' names whereas the doctor examines at least 10-15 patients usually and he openly declared that "you don't take medicine from my shop,so I'll not write your name". In this way,he will make a patient suffer by refusing him a chance to consult the doctor at the patient's own expense.Such cruel,inhuman people should be put in jail.I am not the only person with such complaint.Read other reviews.This man should be brought to justice.
ওষুধের দোকানের মালিকটি অত্যন্ত নিষ্ঠুর এবং অমানবিক।ওনার নিষ্ঠুরতার জন্য হয়তো কোনো রোগী মরেও যেতে পারে।উনি একদম সোজাসুজি ঘোষনা করেন যে ওনার দোকান থেকে ওষুধ না কিনলে,ডাক্তারের fee এবং নাম লেখানোর fee (50 টাকা) দিলেও, ওনার ক্লিনিকে আসা ডাক্তারের জন্য উনি আপনার নাম লিখবেন না,আপনি শত অনুরোধ করলেও।এইসব চামার মনোবৃত্তির লোকেদের সুদের ব্যবসা করা উচিত,polyclinic চালানো উচিত নয়।

This is not a medical store only but a institute to humiliate patients and patient parties. The “so called”respected owner thinks that just because they are arranging some doctor chambers they are above and beyond everything. They have no clue how wrong they are. Well, they have the audacity to tell patient parties, “don’t come here to register for doctors unless you are buying all the medicines and doing all the pathological tests from here” even after taking all the medicines and doing the lab tests from their shop. Surely well said on their part. What better to expect!
If you want to be humiliated publicly and if the doctors don’t have a better place to run their private practice then the tradition of embarrassment of the public of Konnagar and surrounding places will go on.
