The only reason for 3 star is their employee Garvit who was very cooperative else the cleanliness deserves 1 star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service quality.. Unprofessional Staff.. No coordination between their own staff. Since I bought the car till 1st Service, facing lot of service related issues. At the first service, they just need to wash the car and general checkup but cleaning quality was so pathetic that I would say my car cleaning boy is far better than these professionals. They just pushed customers to provide better ratings but don't know how to speak to the customer. While providing the feedback, they pushed me to visit again and experienced once again. I handed over the car yesterday at 11:00 AM only for cleaning because previously it was not done properly and took back today at 11:30 AM but the washing quality was still poor and would say worst than before. Sharing pictures for your reference. I would suggest, please don't give them your car for any service related issues...
