★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is not good, delivery man demand extra charge despite giving them extra money cylinder is given without cash memo.This is highly fraudulent.shame on such service.

if you book a cylinder they will cancel and say door locked.
if you complain they update status as delivered and dont deliver
you need to call 100 times to get delivered.
some times they will ask you to pic up the cylinder from the office

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s been 10 days since I ordered a refill.. first few days some people picked up the phone and promised delivery on same day (as I have only single cylinder). After that they even stopped picking and now it’s 10th day today with no gas at home and I also have small children!!! Just horrible!!!

Both the Land Lines phones are off the hook ? note it.
I thought the office staff or the phone attender was tooooo busy but.
The delivery man demands Rs.50.00 as charge? Or he insists we go personally and pick up our gas cylinders .
Bluntly says pay or no delivery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst gas agency and that lady who seats there is one of the worst employee whom I have met. She'll always be on phone talking with her relatives if we ask her to process soon she argues with us as if they doing some donation to us. One of the worst agency ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good dealer who understands the customer. I was shifting my connection and the counter did not have cash however the dealer understood the matter and intervened to transfer money through 'phone pe' and saved lot of time!
