1. Location ( immediate accessible to any new person reaching your home)
2. Maintenance as compared with other societies in neighbourhood ( maintenance of nearby societies are as good as emi of housing loan of some poor person)
3. All basic requisite facilities ( nothing is spent on show BAJI)
4. Awesome Lord Ganesha's temple
5. Always a happening ambience in the society premises , it's a one home for all neighbours .. many small children play in the premises and make the society ambience happening.
6. Biggest flat Carpet areas as it's a new cum old building i.e. neither old nor new building
7. Best place for IT employees , doorstep vehicle to take an individual to IT industry in a short while and Same on returning.
8. All subji , fruits and daily needs are available on one phone call in 5 mins at doorstep
9. Not Having your home ( may be rented or owned ) in the society, can't let you know actual developmental journey of wakad .. information wise .
