★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Witnessing the beauty of one of the best historical places was marvellous. Though this palace is in its ruin condition but seeing the jalmahal, the place where khalji and Queen Padmini stood during their face meeting was something different.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Legend says this particular Mahal was for Rani Padmini, who was the queen of Ratan Singh and she was so beautiful that Khilji ... Fall in Love and definitely she refused, then war and 'jauhar' happened. A curse of Chittorgarh fort.
Here is a Jal-mahal to go there from main portion of the building a boat is required. In this Mahal when Khilji wanted to her using a reflection of mirror she made it.
Her Palace is surrounded by her Sahelis (maid) room, though the condition of those are not in good. Immediate repair need to do for the whole fort otherwise within few years these historical structures will collapsed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This palace is actually inside the chittorgarh fort village , wonderful mesmerizing view of lake near the palace ,it starts with a lush green garden really beautiful , architecture is great and get the view of palace from the palace nearby because it's in the middle of the waterbody (lake).
And also there are clean washrooms present and drinking water also available there.

It is situated in lotus pond for which a staircase leads to here. But you can only see the palace from outside from a viewing platform.
