★ ★ ★ ★ ★ VERY BAD EXPERINCE , I BOUGHT THE 10 LITER AO SIMTH GYSER ON 21ST JUL 21 AT THE PRICE OF 10000 , machine found faulty , water remains cold .I got assurance of replacement of product but they are failed to provide the replacement after 15 days .Neither they are refund me or replace the product very very worst shop , don't buy product .

However, if we buy a product where the responsibility of installing and commissioning is of the OEM then it takes a long time for that company to send the Engineer. In such case, the dealer must ensure that the manufacturing company expedites the installation.

I bought a VOLTAS AC on 30th April 2022, they delivered it on 1st May 2022 (prompt delivery).
But they didn't forward the installation request to VOLTAS even after 5 days.
I am yet to get the AC installed, having a very hard time talking to VOLTAS customer care as being a distributor MEC didn't put the installation request.
I am never buying anything from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased an LG Ac on 9th March 2022 and I can tell you my experience with Maharashtra Electronics was superb. The delivery was done within 24hrs and installation on the next day and the process was so smoothe .Infact a special thanks to Mr Asif for taking care of the sales part. Excellent experience much better than Vijay sales.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased cooler but received poor customer experience and support. will not buy again from here.I was loyal customer from 2004 and used to buy from their main store which is on tilak road but lost the trust now after receiving poor post sales service. Its better to buy from online store. Not buying anything here again.
