1 We can understand because of corona up to Jun -2021
Know 2 one we Don't know why New Date is 30-09-2021
Know how can we Believe RERA also if Builder give money RERA will extend another 6month

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ they are chitter frude and selling they told me at the time of agreement 1% GST now they are asking 8% for sale purpose they are doing like that before going to buy in mahaveer please check all thoese things DONT BUY from MAHAVEER, worst builder i have seen, if you have money to waste go for it but if its your HARD EARNED money dont buy any project from them, i did a mistake by buying MAHAVEER Turquoise from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked 2BHK here thinking of Mahaveer Builders good name in the market. But it seems they are not at all worried about their reputation or delays in the possession of the project. Very unprofessional behaviour from the builder side. They promised for delivery date of Dec 2020. There is still 50% of the work pending in this project but they have been delaying the construction and I don't think they will be able to deliver it in next 2 years also. Think twice before booking any flats in Mahaveer or Reddy Structures Projects.

My case when I bought a house in 2019 he told me for 1% GST for selling the flat now he is asking 8% at the time of registration kind of so many issues

REPLY: Oh really as per RERA project suppose to finish by 30-Sep-2021 after extension right. Why extra 5months delay.
