★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mahendra Aarya in Electronic city Phase 2, located in Anandanagar, slightly interior. Floor plans are very good, spacious with vastu complaints. Concrete wall construction looks impressive. Loaded with lot of amenities in ample space. Sales management is very supportive, response to all doubts. We contacted Mr Sasidhar, who explains all the details nicely. We also visited their completed project Aarna ( Mr Akbar), gained confidence on the builders. Listed amenities are very well done in Aarna, expecting the same in Aarya too...
We are impressed with Aarna as well.

Amenities are comparable to big named builders at affordable prices. 50+ amenities, they well organized some areas in cope with current social media trends and provided areas for TikTok, kitty parties, a special zone for co-working space, they even managed to provide a nice reading area for book lovers. A BBQ area for the family evening will be going to be the best place for interactive and friendly neighbours.
The Sales representative "Sashidhar" accommodated and explained project details well and guided well when purchasing. He also helped to coordinate with the CRM team, bank professionals, and other involved parties. He is a knowledgeable person.
If anyone plans to buy a new home they must add this project to their bucket list.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a great and affordable Project approved by all standard banks such as HDFC, SBI, Karnataka Bank and so on. I have been planning to buy a property for quite some time. To be honest, after visiting this property and understanding the amenities that they provide, I decided to stop my search further. The project is in the Hilalige Road which is a developing area with good connectivity to all key places. Thanks to Mr. Praveen for his patience and follow-ups until he convinced me to take this up. Waiting eagerly for moving to my apartment. :)

The Sales representative "Praveen" is very helpful and explained each n everything in detail. He also helped to co-ordinate with bank personnel and other involved parties. He is the go-to person for any queries.

Mr. Sashidhar was very helpful and cleared all our doubts regarding the flat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This project is located on good place from here sarjapur and whitefield is just 40 min drive because my office is in ITPL and visited this project last Sunday. i like this project very much because of the sports amenities and from here we can reach other part also very easily like hosur road and electronic city. sales team are very good.
