★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute cheaters, they sold me car giving certificate of 118 point check. The certificate is complete farce, there are multiple issues in car, even the odometer is tampered. Need to take these guys to consumer court.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My name is Saju Varghese. I am from Kochi, Kerala State. I would like to post a complaint regarding Mahindra First Choice franchise office in Kochi named RETONA MOTORS, Maradu, Ernakulam District, Kerala.
I had entrusted my Renault Duster Car, bearing registration number KL-07-BV-5320, to Retona Motors on Park and Sell agreement, on 12th July, 2018, for a Sale price of Rs. 6,00,000/-. They had sold my vehicle to someone on 17th July, 2018 and me made me to agree for a price of Rs.5,65,000/- (out of which 2% commission had to be given to them). They did not even bring the buyer to me so as to avoid revealing the correct price for which the vehicle was sold. By the end of July, 2018 they had handed over the vehicle to the buyer and they did not even informed me the same. When I approached them on 03rd August, they told that they had received only Delivery Order from Mahindra Finance and the fund will be transferred to their account only after 5 working days. They have handed over a cheque for Rs. 5,54,000/- dated 16th August, 2018. Till date, they have not honourned the cheque and giving fraudulent reasons. I had handed over the vehicle only because it was of MAHINDRA FIRST CHOICE. Now the name and reputation of Mahindra First Choice is at stake due to the fraudulent business they are carrying out in the name of Mahindra First Choice. I also came to know that they are facing police cases at various police stations in Ernakulam. So Please look into the matter and try to get my money at the earliest and also cancel your dealership at the earliest so as to avoid further damage your reputation

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My name is sumeet kumar from bihar gaya i have raised the complaint regarding MFCS - MAHALAKSHMI MOTORSon 11th December Complaint Ref No. : 1518407. But raising a ticket i did not received any call from customer support not received any update on the same. In 20days Mahalakshmi motors they did not serviced my car. Took my car from there and gave to honda service centre. without service they ask for advance payment only.
