★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mentioned location is wrong and contact number too of some other locations. Asking on assistance receptionist told us to ask for car details on second floor without accompanying us. No lift, walk yourself and seek for assistance. Most of them was very busy on their mobiles. Didn't expect thus affter traveling so long.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Let me start with my experience with Mahindra MM Vora. Do yourself a favor don’t step into this location. I spent about three hours with them. Mind me I am not from India my family wanted to buy a new car so I stepped in the dealership. Absolutely no one greeted us or asked what we need or what we looking for, all they did was tell us to go to third floor. We were dealing with Sagar an absolutely gentleman, had a great experience with him. He took his time and showed us the car XUV 700. Sagar helped me to understand about the car and features that might be compatible what I was looking for. To be honest the only reason I spent almost three hours because Sagar was there with all the information that would make me buy a car. After all the work we did all the paper work. Then we had few questions so Sagar took me to Sales manager- Faruk Shaikh had an absolutely horrible customer experience with this gentleman. First all let me start with his attitude, he dint even introduce himself dint ask me how my experience was. Faruk Shaikh is very arrogant and rude person. Faruk Shaikh dint want to accommodate me with any time of help. As I said I am not from India, I have Amex and Visa which I asked him if he can use. Which he declined without even trying. Sagar was trying his best to help me and my family out with the car but Faruk Shaikh dint want to hear anything. He dint even offer any complementary when we buy a car mind me he is not giving me car for free, an extremely rude personal. I was to the point I almost bought a car but guess what I walked out because customer service was zero. I myself drive a BMW but I don’t see people differently or judge people just because I drive nice car or make good money. I am myself Operations Manager so I do know how to act with respect and responsible. Faruk Shaikh dint even apologize or try to stop me when I walked out of the dealership, he let me walked out that just shows that he don’t car about customers.
I almost walked out with a brand new car but unfortunately couldn’t because of Faruk Shaikh-Sales Manager at Mahindra MM Vora. The staff are so inconsiderate and rude please change the staff if needed.
I would like to thank Sagar for helping me and taking his time, I really appreciate it. If anyone is taking care of google reviews please forward this review to the CEO Anish Shah and let him know that Sagar needs to be the new General manager for that particular location of Mahindra.
